rodeoroundup made “Bo Ssam” from the Momofuku cookbook. It was delicious. He even made all the accompaniments… the only things missing from this photo are the rice, the lettuce, the dozen oysters (which are a garnish incase you were wondering)… and the people about to eat the sh*t out of it.
Maybe not the best summer dish, but boy does it look delicious!
